Delhi is a city of secrets, and hides many a surprise in its urban embrace. In a quiet and unknown corner of the city, each year, over a thousand families of impoverished Kashmiri migrants set up a quaint encampment of colorful tents, to escape the bitter chill of winter in their homes in the Valley.
